NOTICE: I know it's not July still, but it was when I wrote this. It is still technically summer though!

It's been a couple years since I've done a Christmas in July post full of my favorites, but as you know, I love sharing about my faves, so, without delay... here we go!!!

First of all, thank you for using my links and codes. I do get a commission when you purchase through them...read more here:

Did you ever find out about something and wish you'd known about it sooner? Yeah, that's how I feel sometimes too, which is why I love ingredient checking and trying out new things for myself and sharing it with all of you! What you'll find on the slides are why I love the company and the "always in my bag" is the item I will never let myself run out of. Then, you'll find my affiliate code that I can share with my audience! For example, let's take this amazing company, Crucial FOUR. I've been using their products for almost a decade and as you can see, I couldn't pick just one product. It was hard to only pick these, but they all wouldn't fit! Haha!

Next, let's talk candles. I wanted to find something for the nighttime bugs (I purchased Eucalyptus lemon) outside without compromising my approved ingredients. I am so glad I found them - but the leather & smoke, wow. I cannot wait to try them all (working on it)!

If you know me, you know shaving is not my strong suit, but it is a lot more calming knowing that I am not stripping my microbiome when I do it! Thank goodness for Aleavia's enzymatic body cleanse, which I use to shower with & shave. When I travel, it is my all in one (shampoo too, and I just use my homemade d'tangler mix for conditioner).

If you've been around here long enough, you'll know that I didn't always drink coffee, because I would get these awful headaches, but I love using it as a way to get in other superfoods (I do like the flavor of most, but some that are a little intense, it hides the taste for me). Then, I came across this coffee and voila! Not making any claims here (as you know, this is just me sharing what I do, how I feel, etc...) but I never have any issues when I drink this brand!

These organic and/or biodynamic food powders have been another upgrade for me in the kitchen! I add them in to homemade bone broth for flavor and nutrient density, make salad dressing and compound butter out of them, and sometimes just use them straight (ah em, beet powder!) Oh, and I forgot about the face scrub I made using these powders! Plus, I have been a fan of Dr. Cowan's before this company was even created!

This was one of the first full spectrum CBD companies I found out about and one of my favorite things (besides the taste, yes, I love that earthy grassiness) is that they are Detox Project Verified that they're glyphosate residue free. How cool is that? You can check out all the Detox Project Certified Products here. I am so glad to see the list is growing!

I love the idea that I only put something on my skin if I would eat it, and Stephanie's tallow balm is that for me, lol! P.S. I don't eat it, but I would hahaha! Her instagram stories deep behind the scenes product dive and interview on Matt Blackburn's podcast is what sold me. She is so calm and chill, I had to try it. And, I have been, for months now and I use the tallow beauty balm as part of her PUFA free protocol, but love it on my lips after I brush my teeth, on skin that's been out in the sun, and love that it isn't greasy at all (which was my expectation)! It smells so good, too!

Ohhhh honey! If you have been to my house, then I have certainly made you something with honey in it -- most likely, my coffee (my most updated recipe post). I do love honey and bee products in general. For whatever reason, I cannot find local bee pollen this is the best, most reliable source I've been able to find! Plus, I love their propolis spray, B.powered, and so much more!

Speaking of Matt Blackburn, I don't know what I'd do without his shilajit. Before he had it, I purchased some in resin form and holy moly, even a rice grain sized amount was SOOO intense. I did find a way that I could get it down, but I am so grateful for these tablets! Check out his podcast too, such good, non-mainstream content!

Well, that's a little round-up for ya (the only good kind of that there is lol). I have more to share, as always, so be on the lookout for some new posts, and let me know in the comments if there's a product or recipe I need to try out! As always, #GetSatiated.
