Reminder, this is not medical advice, just sharing what I do (and remember, this site is for entertainment purposes only).

My first post on my breast care was one of my top posts, here on my site, and on Instagram. Unfortunately, IG removed it for sensitive content (I won't share more thoughts on that, but I have them, believe me). I am always learning and unlearning. I've been editing and updating this post for a couple years now and thought I'd share more of what I've been doing lately for my active part in breast-wellness that has helped significantly with tenderness:

  • Daily rebounding - I've been making it a priority to rebound regularly, typically after lifting.

  • Exercise - I try to get at minimum, thirty minutes of movement (outside of my activities of daily living). This may be lifting, a walk, sprinting practice, a nice easy jog (it's a walk/jog, really!).

  • Walking while I work - I got a walk pad and it really helps me reach 10k. I've also added a weighted vest. I started with a 30# one, but I don't recommend that, lol!

  • Breast massage - I've been doing this using Dream Body oil (My affiliate code auto-applies clicking though this link!).

  • Braless - I've been doing this for a decade and do it as often as I can, haha. You can search bras, lymphatic system, and coopers ligaments to find out more on this! Most times, I just wear a loose, organic tank top underneath. For times when I to leave the house, I have found these silk bras and tanks easy and non-restrictive, and cotton sports bras and organic cotton ones for when I sprint! Since raw milk, I've had to expand my thoughts on this and have found some that I can wear when necessary. (post coming soon)

  • Decreasing skin exposure to toxins - I have always been careful of what I put IN and ON my body if we're talking food/drink and products used...but I am taking the ON part to a whole new extreme, phasing out weaponized clothing and wearing almost exclusively organic (when I can) cotton and linens. Read more about my clothing switch here.

  • Vibration Plate - This vibe plate was recommended by a friend and I like it! I typically alternate this and the rebounder, but also like including it in my workouts, for example, bicep curls on the plate! I don't know that that's recommended, though, so remember, this is not advice, just what I do.

  • Fulvic/Humic Acid - I've been adding in minerals...and not just any minerals, these are liquid, easy to take, made in the USA, and neutral tasting (for REAL- haha). Code: SATIATEDBLONDE  I did a whole post on these minerals you can check out! I am not doing this everyday, but just from time to time now.

  • I still dry brush when I can, but I haven't been doing it on the daily--mostly because I often remember once I'm already in the shower! My food has been much more nutrient dense overall too, including more traditional things like: homemade sourdough breads, more bone broth/stock, marmalades, pâté, and oxalate-aware veggies.

  • Transitioning to a low oxalate lifestyle - I have shared about this some here, but extensively on my social account. I dove into all of Sally Norton's research, listening podcasts she was a guest on and got her book. It's so interesting! Over the time of writing this post, I would say I am now "oxalate aware" in that I do still pay attention to oxalates, but found being aware of them is better for me overall than completely staying away.

  • Body Bio's PC - I think this was the biggest game changer for texture/hardness. And after about four months the tenderness I experienced went away and I have not had any tenderness for the last 3 cycles. However, I don't look at supplements how I used to (as the end all be all) and have been doing things to promote true breast health for years now. I take about a tablespoon a day (when I remember to take it before 4pm because it will keep me up and I'll be too chatty, lol). I share more about their supplements here. (post coming soon)

A note on Chaste Tree: it works for me, really well and I have taken it on and off many times in the past. I just didn't want to HAVE to rely on it.

Of course, emotions and stress can play a part in how my body feels physically, too. But, the biggest thing I've found to help with my overall health is prayer and my relationship with the Lord. He is my healer!

I just thought I'd do a follow-up today on the proactive steps I personally take. Follow me on socials here.
