2019 Coffee Trend: TIGER Coffee

Updated: Jan 13, 2022

I love reinventing my coffee. Staying dairy free since my food sensitivity results, I was looking for something faster and easier to make on the go than my cafe aux oeufs (although it is delicious, it takes a little more time and I cannot prep the night before if I have an early morning).

I have been using tiger nuts in my "ungranola" for years now. When I found out about a company that made tiger nut butter, I was elated! I have made it myself before (which is fun but time consuming). Tiger Butter Co uses organic tiger nuts, is super tasty, convenient, and made with love!

Just a note on the history of tiger nuts (aka earth almonds): they are not nuts at all, actually an ancient tuber used in Ayurvedic medicine with aphrodisiac qualities, is hepatoprotective (protects the liver), and has several other health properties.

Adding tiger nut butter to my coffee adds a nutrient dense, earthy, nut like taste with a froth that doesn't quit! I love frothy coffee!

So, the super quick way to make tiger nut coffee is to blend up a tablespoon of original tiger butter with my favorite coffee, Purity Coffee! It is lab tested, organic, specialty grade (and so much more)! Use code: SATIATEDBLONDE on checkout to save!

Be sure to check out the other tiger butter options. If you want mocha tiger coffee try the chocolate variety!

Of course, I love the tiger coffee mixed with all of my other coffee add ins, like mushrooms (not grown on grain), collagen, bee pollen, real honey (code: GETSATIATED to save), and I could go on and on, but you can read about that here!

Share with me below how much you love tiger coffee and as always, #GetSatiated!
