Sourdough Crackers: Homemade or Store Bought?

Updated: Feb 16

I've tried so many things with my sourdough discard, including crackers once upon. a time. I felt like they got stale way too fast and took way too much time. Plus, most of the time when I feel like crackers, I don't feel like making them first, lol. One other thing is I started doing my sourdough where there is very little discard. I do regular feedings around once a week (who am I kidding, once every six or so weeks at best) or when I am using it and it works well, especially for sourdough pizzas. As much as I like making things from scratch, believe it or not, I found a sourdough cracker that is so good, I prefer purchasing it! This is the only flour product that I purchase and my body has been okay with...otherwise I use my favorite glyphosate tested flour only.

They're great for a quick lunch with meat, cheese, and pickles. In the headliner picture you can see them in the containers I used to makeover my pantry.

They're also great on charcuterie boards!

You can always find them in my travel snacks, too! I shared about them in this live on Instagram (along with some other travel faves) if you want a video, but my travel foods are ever-evolving. Here's my most recent travel snacks post.

I share about them quite a bit on my stories if you'd like to follow me on Insta, along with a whole bunch of other things, entertaining myself, sharing about oxalates, Jesus, and more!

I get these on Vitacost! They have a regular sea salt and rosemary, but rosemary is my favorite. What do you think? Do you agree or would you rather make your own? Tell me in the comments and as always, #GetSatiated.
