Have you seen the trend of people posting their blue tongue pictures? It's from a compound used to dye medications & textiles. I can't say the name because it is getting banned on the interwebs, but if you search "mb nootropic" you will find out what I'm talking about. From everything that I can find, it is synthetic...however, I have never tried it and am obviously not a master in the subject area. Do what floats your boat. I prefer things in their whole food form when possible, so I found another blue tongue staining nootropic, mBlue Butterfly.

In a nutshell, nootropics enhance memory and cognition, without toxic effects. As a reminder, my content is just for entertainment purposes only (if you couldn't tell by my picture hahahaha). Anyways, Blue Butterfly may support memory, cognition, blood flow, and more. You can read all about it here.

It's a freeze dried flower, in the whole food form (not an extract). It tastes great right on my tongue, but it's also a beautiful mix-in. If we're talking rice, smoothies, or cocktails, it makes a beautiful blue addition. Oh, and with a little citrus, it turns purple! Open up that throat chakra and try some mBlue Butterfly! Float like a blue butterfly, and as always, #GetSatiated.
