Although I have been to the Irish capital, today I'm sharing about our trip to a Columbus suburb! We decided to take a quick trip here because we ended up stopping in Bridge Park on our way home from Hocking Hills, and I wanted to go back to get more street tacos, haha! It was nice to explore all the other things we found in the Columbus Bridge Park area, too! Read on for a quick recap of our visit.
Hotel
We stayed at Springhill Suites and loved that it was walking distance to every where we wanted to go in Bridge Park! The room was fine - except the fridge didn't work. Good thing we brought the best cooler pack and loaded it with ice!

Food in Dublin
After stopping in Dos Hermanos Bridge Park (a new development in Dublin) a couple months earlier, I couldn't wait to go back! Straightforward ingredients that are quick and tasty are the perfect combination for me. I ate there at least twice! Here's what we had:
Mexican street tacos - chicken and steak
Guacamole
Chips and salsa
One thing I really like when going places multiple times is that it was consistent. That's important to me before sharing about a place that I consider one of my faves, too!
One night, dinner was on the patio at North High Brewing Co. Honestly, I think the taco shop had closed and we needed somewhere quick. It was cute on the patio and the food was good for what we needed in the moment! Here's what we got:
Blistered balsamic brussels sprouts
Jar of pickels
Double patty North High burger
Fried hot Nashville sandwich
In the same food hall as Dos Hermano's, we found Hoyo's Sambusas + Juices and enjoyed:
Pineapple ginger lemonade drink
At the corner across the street, Kona coffee is a delight! I was able to get a sparkling water and tried the cold brew. My husband also tried their tasty homemade cinnamon roll. The atmosphere in here is so bright!
Specialty Hawaiian-sourced Kona cold brew
San Pellegrino
For a quick appetizer, we popped into Kitchen Social at the tail end of happy hour and snacked on:
Guacamole + queso
Just a short walk over the bridge into the historic downtown Dublin, we visited Jeni's Ice Cream and enjoyed:
Vanilla - super straightforward ingredients and I asked for it without the waffle...although the smell of them making the waffle cones was soooo good!
Coffee + strawberry
Rooftop Dinner
We walked to the hotel next door to visit VASO: AC Hotel's rooftop restaurant + bar. The interior of both the hotel and restaurant are so well planned out! They did have a typical boutique smell when walking in though, which is not my favorite. We got:
Brussels Caesar salad - this was the most Brussels sprouts I've ever seen on a plate, lol!
Kenyan samosa
Ropa vieja
Indian butter chicken
Enjoy the collage of pictures of some of the food mentioned above and below you'll see a few other places and things we tried out!

We happened to walk past this cute natural wine bar and had to check it out!
Hotel Staples
You can see I have staples that I travel with, including Sinus Defense, Nasal Spray, and EC3 Mold Solution Spray, which you can find more about here (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE) and read my post here. Tallow balm is always a must for me - you can read about it here and shop here (affiliate discount code auto-applies when you click the link!). And of course, my "un-body wash" you can read about or shop here (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE).
This was a nice, low key getaway and I'd definitely go back to get the tacos again, haha! Find out where else I'm traveling in my stories.
