The Caboose at Zoe Farms I shared about previously has been retired and now they have the Firehouse - the house at the entrance of the property. It is spacious, well organized, and has that fresh cut wood smell I like! It's also regenerative farming at its finest.
Before I reveal the tour, take a look at their values. It's a blessing to support people who genuinely care about what they're doing and are spearheading the resurgence of regenerative farming.
I look forward to being greeted by their cute and friendly farm dogs. If you know me, you know this was not always the case and the way the Lord has healed this in me is remarkable! The new entry is wide, and milk is available in the fridge to the left outside as you walk up the stairs (this is the closest you can get to raw milk - low heat pasteurized and non-homogenized).

If you're looking for raw milk (my favorite) they have a herd share availability (where you buy part of a cow so you can have access to raw milk since it's technically illegal otherwise). I've exclusively been using raw milk for three years now. Check out one way I use raw milk here.
Inside, there's a lot of space to walk around the meat coolers, stand up coolers, and shelves with dry goods. We have some of the spices they carry and I share about using Pinch Spice Market's Organic Birria Taco Seasoning here. (post coming soon!)
Watch the video below for a tour of The Firehouse Farm Store:
I picked up a few things including:

Top left: those Dilly Beans are so good! Fermented green beans - I had never had them before trying these ones (that a friend introduced me to) and I always like to pick up a jar when I visit!
Back middle: That is raw pepper jack cheese! It's really tasty and we've already had it in a few meals - keep on reading to see how I used it.
Front right: Looking forward to having those burgers tonight! They also have ground beef, of course, but sometimes it's so nice to have the patties already made and ready to cook.
I'm really excited their fresh meat selection has expanded so much. Have you had freshly butchered steak that hasn't been frozen yet? It's good on another level. Here's a picture of their fresh NY Strip we had - cooked up for dinner and then the next picture shows it chopped in a bed of my favorite rice as a leftover lunch! Cooked to medium for dinner, but it looks brown on the inside in the rice bowl because I like to slice it and sear it up in a skillet for leftovers (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE)
I took a lot more footage of the cute pigs, I just have to share another picture.

I used the pepper jack cheese in the gluten-free mac and cheese below on the left. You can read more about the noodles I prefer in a detailed post here. On the right, we made an awesome duck and pig stock for ramen and my hubby used slices of brisket he smoked on the grill that we froze leftovers and it made a very tasty meal!
I look forward to my next trip to stock up at Zoe Farms!
