I've been on the lookout for new favorite sheets almost as long as I researched air purifiers! Okay, well, not quite that long, but for a while. I finally found some that are true linen, and I plan on ordering those and will report back when I've had a chance to fully experience them! In the meantime, here are some of my bedroom essentials for comfort and style - my style, that is!
Mattress + Bedding Essentials
A staple in my bedroom for decades (I won't say how many, lol) is a leg pillow. I've used this brand for years but it seems they have discontinued the shape I'm familiar with and have a different option now (which I am sure is great). I just haven't taken the leap to try the new style. I found this one on Amazon which is the same shape I'm familiar with. I will say the tried and true brand (mentioned above) has great durability and makes my sleep so much more comfortable as we recently traveled (link to post coming soon) and flew, so I didn't have room in my luggage to take my leg pillow. Falling asleep, staying asleep, and how I feel when I wake overall is much better when I have it with me.
If you want a one-stop mattress and bedding shop, Essentia Mattress has it all there! Their mattress is on my list to try when the time comes. I like that they also offer sheets, duvets, towels, crib mattresses, and more.
Here are the linen sheets I have on my to-buy list. They come in white and blush and have great reviews on their site. I did try this organic cotton sheet set. It's more in my budget compared to the linen ones now, although the linen set is less expensive than anywhere else I've come across. After doing some quick research, I decided to go with the percale since they're more durable and offer a cooler sleep (which I know my husband appreciates!). The percale vs. sateen each have their own pros, though!
If bamboo is more your style. I love the look of their sheets and duvets and that they offer so many color options. They are made from 100% viscose from organic bamboo. So, if that's what you're looking for at a great price point, check these out!
Pillows
I did a whole post on my experience with Charcoal Pillows here. My hubby and I both have one of these!
After several years of putting it in my cart and changing my mind (I don't know why, lol) I finally decided to try the hotel pillow. My hubby and I both like them, but they're definitely different than the charcoal ones mentioned above. Together, they make a great pillow stack!
Nightstand Bedroom Essentials
EC3 Air Purification Candle - I like burning these candles to help maintain our indoor air. You can read more about them (and some of my other favorite candles) here. (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE)
Tallow - for dry lips or hands, I like to roll this on before bed when needed. Read more about the tallow products I use here (there's a list at the bottom of the page with my thoughts on almost all of her products!).
Sovereign Salve - for if I want something a little thicker (i.e. on my feet)!
Mouth tape - I use ones similar to this - but not every night. If I find myself waking up with my mouth open, the next 2-3 nights I'll sleep with tape and I feel like it trains my body to keep my mouth closed for a while. I like that I don't have to use it every night...mostly because my husband makes me laugh after I put it on, haha!
Castor Oil Pack - I've been using castor oil packs way before they sold them with the nice packs they have now - with just a sheet and oil. The new packs are great though, and make so much less mess! I do not use the common packs you see most people sharing about though. I heard an interview with someone about how they are "prayed" over (or something to that regard). I am all for buying things that are prayed over, when I know for sure that the prayer is prayed to the one true living God. Anyway, here's what I use:

A quick video I took of pouring oil on the pack:
I opted for the package that came with a tiny wrap that can be wrapped around the neck or other smaller areas and a regular sized wrap for my abdomen or back. The packs wrapped like this are so much easier to sleep in and make clean up a breeze!
I do always usually have a glass of water by my bed. I don't usually drink it, but I like to have it there, haha!
I like to keep my Bible on my nightstand, too (of course)!
Sinus Defense 2.0 - I don't take this everyday, but if I feel weather pressure or like my immune system needs some help, I take this. I make sure to wait 15 minutes after I brush my teeth though, if I take it at night. (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE)
Nasal Spray - If I wake up with any weather pressure, I take this, too. (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE)
Lymph lotion - for when things are feeling stagnant, I lather this one. I share more about these products here.
Coasters - I really like these ones!
A book - I mostly listen to audiobooks, but do have real books by my bed.
Lotion - For my legs and arms when needed or when I want a good smell, lol! I write in depth about my favorite smelling lotions (affiliate code: SATIATEDBLONDE) here.
Other
Air purifier - you can read my whole post here or check out the one I use. (affiliate code: SB15)
