Bag of chips on boat

I heard about MASA chips and was so excited to find a company making nixtamalized chips cooked in tallow - this was the first I've ever heard (as I was familiar with a company using nixtamalized corn in coconut oil). With straightforward ingredients, their 5oz. bags are also the perfect size and have a good reseal (you know this is not always the case)! So, I got some and let's just say it's the only chip in our pantry now!

Watch a MASA unboxing I did here.

MASA Chip Tasting Notes:

Original - These are so tasty. I like that they are savory and have a good crisp without being too thick. They have 3 simple ingredients: organic corn, grass fed tallow, and sea salt. They're also pesticide free, thank you very much for that!!! I've had them on their own, and with salsa, in nachos--they are all-around tasty with everything!

Lime - These are verrry lime-y, kind of taste more like lime peel flavor to me because they use the whole lime! And yes, they're organic.

Cobanero - These are my favorite spicy chips. I was so (pleasantly) surprised when I found out they make them with purple stripe garlic and cobanero chile from my favorite spice company!!! No way! lol. Also, there's no hidden MSG (which I find in so many chips), often lurking as 'nutritional yeast' or 'autolyzed yeast extract.'

Blue - These are a little crunchier and cleaner/lighter tasting. I love them with chips and cheese (that's when I dip salty chips in chevre, lol).

Churro - My friend Dr. Jen likes these because they've got a sweeter taste but don't spike her blood sugar. These were the last flavor I tried, but I shouldn't have waited! They're so tasty just on their own.
