Healthy by Dr. Jen: PC Pro and Other Favorites

Unlike years before, I still take supplements (and like them) but I am much more selective about what I take. It's not very often I take something everyday. That being said, I wanted to share about a few of the supplements I've tried from Healthy By Dr. Jen. Let's start with PC Pro. But first, I wanted to mention I had the opportunity to go to an open house she had - it was so much fun!

I've never had a phospholipid complex quite like this. I think it really helps my sleep! It's easy to take -- I like to add it in yogurt along with a protein powder and berries and in my coffee. On the website it states this is a naturally bioavailable phosphatide blend and that phospholipids "are critical for cell and mitochondrial membrane shape, repair, and growth." Read more here.

DG Block

DG Block is one I use when I eat out at restaurants. (Link to restaurant post coming soon!) Do I eat dairy and gluten? Yes, I do...but I am very, very meticulous on the quality of dairy and wheat products I consume. DG Block has a combination of enzymes "chosen for their ability to hydrolyze gluten proteins, as well as a unique mixture of protease enzymes and lactase to assist the digestion of multiple constituents of dairy products." TRI-MAG

I like that this is a combination of three different kinds of magnesium that's easy on my digestive system. These are the forms it contains:

  • Di-magnesium malate

  • Magnesium citrate

  • Magnesium glycinate

Cảm giác đầu tiên là nội dung được chia thành mấy khối khá rõ ràng, nhìn cái là biết phần giới thiệu nền tảng nằm đâu, phần nổi bật nằm đâu, không bị rối mắt. Có đoạn nhắc đến hệ sinh thái trò chơi phong phú với trải nghiệm hiện đại, đọc lướt cũng nắm được ý chính. Mình mở bằng điện thoại thì tiêu đề vẫn gọn, không bị lệch hay phải phóng to thu nhỏ liên tục. Nói chung nhìn khá “sạch” vì…

Lướt qua thì thấy họ chia nội dung theo từng khối khá rõ, có mục lục để nhảy nhanh nên không phải kéo mỏi tay. Mình cũng để ý phần tiêu đề có ghi ngày giờ đăng bài, nhìn cái là biết bài mới hay cũ. Không đọc sâu mấy đoạn “nuôi khung 3 ngày” hay gì, chủ yếu xem cách sắp xếp thông tin cho dễ theo dõi. Nói chung giao diện không bị nhồi chữ, khoảng trắng vừa đủ nên mắt đỡ mệt. Kéo xuống vẫn thấy các phần được ngăn bằng heading và box nội…
