Let me tell you, I have been a connoisseur of travel snacks for as long as I can remember. That means I have had a lot of jerky in my time (and, other similar items, like biltong).
TASTE
Prevail jerky tastes really good! All of their SKU's are delicious! The flavors they offer are original, spicy, lemongrass, and umami -- or try them all in a variety pack! It's hard to choose a favorite, but honestly, the original is hard to beat compared to other "original" or "plain" jerky's I have tasted. I have even made my own jerky before and this beats that, not to mention the time it takes!
TEXTURE
To me, this is the Goldilocks of jerky! A lot of jerkys are too tough or fibrous-y for me. Prevail has an easy-to-eat-the-whole-bag texture. I find it's the perfect serving size whether I need to use it as the main protein for my meal or just as a snack!
FRESHNESS
Every bag of jerky tastes like it was just made.
