I wanted to make a buffalo chicken dip with cleaner ingredients, so here's how I winged it (pun intended, lol). I didn't use exact measurements, but the consistency can be easily changed if you prefer it more meat-y or more cheesy!
How I did it:
Approximately 1/2 goat cheese log from Costco mixed with 1/2 cup hot sauce (I like Frank's, and I get that at Costco, too)
A pinch of Flowering Hyssop Thyme
Fermented White Pepper - I ground a bunch in there!
I warmed all the above in my favorite sauce pan (code: SATIATEDBLONDE) and whisked it together in a bowl.
Then I stirred in some shredded leftover organic chicken thighs (Costco for the win, again!)
And added some goat cheese chunks on top (from the other half of the chevre log above)
I baked it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Once cooled, I dipped in some of my favorite seed oil free chips (code: SATIATEDBLONDE).
It turned out awesome and was super quick to make, especially with the leftover chicken thighs. Stay in the loop with what I'm snacking on and creating in my stories.
