Missing Food Groups Smoothie
Since I've been drinking my coffee cold, I needed to find a way to get all the nutrients I used to pack in there. So, I started making this delicious smoothie:
A handful of frozen cherries
Just enough apple cider to blend

Superior herbs - We're talking ashwagandha, pine pollen, astragalus (+ more)
Medicinal Mushrooms - reishi, cordyceps, chaga, lion's mane, turkey tail (+ more)
Salt/Supplements - pretty straight forward!
In final form, the smoothie is delicious and has these little crunchy bits of cacao in there which I loooove. Also, it helps me so I don't forget to chew my smoothie! Oh, and if I'm feelin' it, sometimes I throw in a cube or two of frozen (raw) liver! Tell me in the comments if you try it (the smoothie, not the liver, haha)! As always, #GetSatiated.
