Missing Food Groups Smoothie

Since I've been drinking my coffee cold, I needed to find a way to get all the nutrients I used to pack in there. So, I started making this delicious smoothie:

That's it! But, there's so much nutrient density packed in, and I use fewer spoons than I used to. How?! Well, to start with, mBreakfast has all of the Crucial FOUR missing food groups in it:

  1. Superior herbs - We're talking ashwagandha, pine pollen, astragalus (+ more)

  2. Medicinal Mushrooms - reishi, cordyceps, chaga, lion's mane, turkey tail (+ more)

  3. Salt/Supplements - pretty straight forward!

  4. Biotics - Colostrum (I also get their mColostrum separately and use it for burns, facemask, and lots of other ways, it's so versatile).

In final form, the smoothie is delicious and has these little crunchy bits of cacao in there which I loooove. Also, it helps me so I don't forget to chew my smoothie!
